Cool app, but needs some tweaks

Deckster is fun to fiddle around with. It's really more of a novelty or a proof-of-concept than anything else, but if you are a gamer geek like me, it prevents you from ever forgetting to bring a deck of cards to a Savage Worlds game. As you can only deal to yourself and there is no play area in front of you, you can't really play any games with the app; it does what it says, though, so I won't knock it for that.

My only gripe is that the controls are a bit imprecise. Sometimes I can deal or flip a card with no trouble, but sometimes my motion just slides the card to the edge of the screen where I can't get to it without trying to flip or deal another card. If I do that, then, I'm never quite sure what the result will be. If I was dealing, will I deal both cards? If I was flipping, which card will flip? Worst of all is putting the cards back into the box. The advertising warns about leaving the cards out of the box (still not sure what will happen if I don't), but the controls for putting the cards back respond inconsistently. It sometimes takes me 4 or 5 minutes to get the box to appear again, no matter how careful I am. In short, improving the precision of the controls so that the "essential" actions are easier is my only suggestion.

Flaws aside, it's a cool little app. It does what I need it to do.
